Re: Inlagian's log
That's pretty awesome man good numbers and we all have to start somewhere. I hope you keep it up.
Re: Inlagian's log
Cheers, thanks.
Hadn't figured out the timer app on my tablet so screwed up day 2 week 1. Did 5 rounds in 21 mins with 3 mins rest per round. Thought it would be easy to begin with but in concentrating on form I was feeling it by the end.

Day 1 week 1 - will be repeating until I can lose the band for the pull-up
222lbs
34 rounds in 19 mins 10. Could have managed more looking back but right shoulder was beginning to get sore. No sense pushing too hard at this stage so backed off. This week should be better organised.

Re: Inlagian's log
Awesome dude more rounds and a 2lb drop can't ask for much more. Are you following a specific diet or just eating sensible? I think with the weight drop and the strength you are gaining from the workouts you will be off that band in no time. Keep pushing!
Re: Inlagian's log
Loosely following the primal blueprint with emphasis on loosely. Eating insane amounts and crave yoghurt like you wouldn't believe.
I was surprised by the 2lb loss. I cycled to work only 3 days and missed the 3rd workout due to being disorganised.
Doesn't seem to take much to see positive effects.

Primal blueprint is a great book he has so many pearls of wisdom there, definitely one of my favorites.
Re: Inlagian's log
Week 1 Day 2 5 rounds in 8 mins 45. Each round took about 45 seconds with about 1 minute 15 seconds rest per round.
Felt good so just carried on for 10 rounds in 19 minutes.
Was going to wait until I could do pull-ups with bands but I think I'll increase the intensity for the moment at a higher level and then drop back a bit
later on as strength improves and weight falls.
Diet seems to be working without being too focused on it. If my fat loss slows over a couple of weeks I might tighten it up a bit.

Re: Inlagian's log
Good job on the workout. I think mark sissons' book was about not stressing to much on the diet but just letting it be natural. Don't get those cortisol levels up. But anyway keep it up.
