I started the program a few days ago and want to hold myself accountable by posting my progress on this forum. Plus, I'm trying to kill some time at work so what better way than starting a new forum topic, right? I'm 32 years old, 185 pounds, and in reasonably good shape. I play soccer at nights on Wednesdays and sail competitively on most weekends so I'm active but haven't gotten into a consistent workout program in a while. So, here goes:
Level 1 Day 1: 25 rounds
I completed 13 rounds in the first 5 minutes but struggled to complete the pullups after. Pushups and squats were OK.
Level 1 Day 2: Completed all 5 rounds in 4:11 with a couple seconds of rest in between. Again, the pullups were the hard part.
