hello. i just found simplefit while lurking on the crossfit forum. thank god i found this place.
i'm just looking to improve my total body strength and shed some pounds. i also practice brazilian jiujitsu and muay thai for close to 4 years.
so here my stats:
5'10-235lbs. (yeah i know i'm obese according to the bmi).
day 1 lv1:30rds
the pull-ups were hard so i did jumping pull-ups. the push-ups and squats were'nt so bad.
day2 lv1: 14:47
i decided to do "negative pull-ups". the long rest between rounds made it kinda easy to finish all 5 rounds.
can't wait to do day 3.
