L6D3 - 7:26

I think I might go ahead and do Level 6 again, I'd like to be able to do D3 straight through (maybe not on the pull-ups though)

I'm not really understanding how the time thing is working out. Is that time to finish 1 set? Thanks.

Hi JT,

The time posted was the total time it took to do 32 pull-ups, 64 push-ups, 64 squats.

(In a way you are correct because in actuality it was one "set" or continuous round. I went from pull-ups straight into the push-ups and then right into the squats)

Hope this clears it up :)

Alright, I went back to Level 2 to start over completely. I realized that I was doing my pull-ups half-@ssed; I wasn't starting each pull from a complete dead-hang...

So sorry to say (I apologize) that my numbers from before are a little inflated (from the non-legit pull-ups). But not to worry, I think I will be back in a few weeks once I get used to complete dead-hang pull-ups.

L2D1 - 25 Rounds

P.S. I just got my Nike+ things in the mail, so I'm also running! Nike+ is sooo cool!

I took a few days off, ate like crap, and didn't work out at all ... I kind of fell off the horse, but I'm getting back on ...

I wasn't planning on working out today, but your comment, ucffool, inspired me to go out there and get it done! METAL!!

That's pretty good IMHO. I can do 2.3K in about 16min, so I think you're giving me something to work towards.
