L5 D1- 22 rounds, I think I always loose count. I was doing them more deliberate this time, deeper squats, push ups, and fuller pull ups. On the last five minutes I did jumping pull ups.
30 seconds of 135# deadlift
30 sec 90# hang pull
30 sec 135# jump shrug
Repeat 3 times
3 set of 12 one arm seated row
3 sets of 12 one arm dumbbell press
-these utilize the abs for stabilization
