Haven't worked out in years and found this site, thanks to crossfit.com. Started with L1D1 just in case I'm more out of shape than I thought. I'm hoping to get fit enough to do crossfit at some point. Managed 22 reps on L1D1, but was very sore for three or four days afterwards, guess I know if I'm in shape now. :) Going to move on to L1D2 later tonight, hopefully with less soreness in the following days.
