In another thread, somoene pointed to an excellent video where a guy explains the exercises the he used to work up to being able to do planches. (I'd never heard of a planch, but now that I've seen them, I hope someday to be able to do them). The guy in the video showed the proper form for each of his exercises.

Are there any YouTube links that are instructional like that for all the simplefit exercises? It might make a good addition to the FAQ or Workouts section... because so many of us are lost babes in the woods with nobody to guide us and actually SHOW us. If you don't have the right form, all your effort can be wasted.
