Level 4 day 3

20 pullups
41 pushups
41 squats

4:45

pullups broken into three sets, pushups broken into two sets with elbows in, squats unbroken. got the heart pumping pretty good. cooled down on the rowing maching and with some core work.

first day of crossfit.

triplet of bench press, clean, and deadlift

10,9,8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1

scaled weight and reps to 10, 8, 6, 4, 2 and finished it. feels good now. we'll see about tomorrow.
