Seriously though - I'll try the pushups challenge. Is this just 50 as fast as you can?
I have a ways to go for the 3 minute plank. How about "Hold for as long as possible?"

Here's another that several of us might like:
"Body rows at 45deg - max reps in 5 minutes."

I like the sound of that one VBM - max bodyrows in 5 mins. Might give that a try.
