I saw it!

I am analyzing the main page and cooking ideas - I'll give you my thoughts soon.

Probably email or PM you.

I think the description for the instructions about the timing for day 2 could be improved. It seems to trip everyone up... do you count the rest time, do you not count it? Why do you need the rest time...

I click on the ads all the time, even the one about the gay mans gym or something like that, because I can't help out financially right now, so I do what i can... Maybe ask the regs to click on one everytime they log in or something...

I think I should go to bed.

So if we click on the ads this site gets money??

Didn't realise that although it makes sense. Well if thats the case I will happily start clicking.

One of the best things about this site is it's cleanliness. Clutter adds to confusion and can possibly push ppl away from it (I know I couldn't make heads or tails when I came across the CF site a ways back, before they had the decent FAQ and excercise examples they have now).

Kudos to the design. Simplicity is best.

I'm so glad I found a link to you're site from crossfit.

Your page is just the way it needs to be, Clean and Simple. However, if I were to make any suggestion, I think it would be to have a big "START HERE" button on the front page that links to the workout page(some people have difficulty getting to the meat of a website).

Again, thanks for putting this together. I was so excited when I discovered crossfit a few months back but I hate it when I can't get into a WOD due to a lack of equipment. Was so happy to find your site to turn to when the Rx'd workout is out of my reach.
