Anybody interested in being a minor internet celebrity?

Post by Admin » Wed Jul 18, 2007 7:27 pm

I had posted some of my our workouts on the crossfit board http://www.crossfit.com/discus/messages/20/44595.html and somebody had suggested I post some videos of people doing the workouts here on the simplefit site for beginners to watch.

Anybody interested in being a internet celebrity here at simplefit? Here is your chance to shine. Looking for beginners and up.

I'd do it for the squats or push-ups, but my g/f is leaving the country for a month and it is her digicam. only video I have is at 1 month, my pathetic attempt at a dead-hang pull-up. That will be posted the day I can do a pull-up.

I'll have to meet with my agent....

I'll try it this weekend. I'll do some 15sec clips and blend 'em as that's all the hardware I have! I also have some old version of Camtasia.

Most digital still photo cameras these days come with a video feature. Just switch the little dial to the icon that looks like a peice of film as opposed to a camera and push the shutter button to start the footage and a shutter button to finish!

Tada!

If you have video and want to edit it together, I strongly recommend the free service, eyespot.com to put video together. Simple, easy to use, and completely free. Used them a few times.

Link to video -

I never could get a download to work so I created a LiveJournal site and embedded it there.

The link is also in the video cat.

You're welcome to use the video I did a while ago, but I had pretty bad form in it so you probably wouldn't want to use it as a good example.
