I'm JC, from Mississippi, USA. I am 16 years old, about 5'11", weigh 130 lbs. I run track and cross country for my school, and I have been for about 3 or 4 years. I usually run twice a day. I've run a 4:38 1600 meters and a 17:45 5k. I'm starting this simplefit training because I want to get a stronger upper body, because it really helps you get up those hills in Cross Country, and when your legs get tired, those arms and chest really can keep you going! I have 3 goals for my upcoming cross country season: 1. I want to break 16:30 in my 5k. 2. I want to win the state cross country meet. 3. I want to make sure that I'm always running for God and not myself. My dad told me about this website, so I am very excited about trying this all out!

7/23/07 - a.m.1 mile warm up, level 2 day 1 - 45 rounds, p.m. 4 miles 8x100m strides
7/24/07 - a.m. off, p.m. 6 miles, drills
7/25/07 - a.m. 1 mile warm up, level 2 day 2 - 3:06, p.m. off
7/26/07 - a.m. 2 miles + plyometrics, p.m. fartlek 1,2,3,5,2,1 + weightlifting and jumproping
7/27/07 - a.m. 1 mile warmup, level 2 day 3 - 1:26.54, p.m. 3 miles 22:14
7/28/07 - a.m. 9.2 miles 1:20:0 (bad day), p.m. off
7/29/07 - a.m. 25 minute run easy, p.m. off
