Late entry for 11/16 L6D3=5:03

Today 11/18 W2of L6D1- 3/6/10= 26 rds. 1 less then last week, still feeling some L6D3 from a day ago.

Been out of commission since the 19th with a chest cold: spent a couple of days in bed. Get back at it on 11/26.

Still not feeling well but was able to do L6D1= 21 rds; a few rds lower then what I have been doing, but not too bad for feeling the way I do.

It takes commitment to work out this hard when you are not fealling well. Hopefully, it will help blow those bad vapors out of your system.

Back after being gone for some time; had a bad cold, new addition to family, etc...I know excuses. Re-committed. Also will probably start the food log again since it helped to see what I was eating.

Started back with D1L4 (2/4/6) = 30 rds

1/2 Tread 30 min interval
1/3 D2L4 = 3:45
1/4 Tread 30 min interval
1/5 D3L4= 7: 30

Still rusty.
