splint's goals
OK, new goal is to complete all levels of the basic Simplefit Program. Ideally, that will mean completing L8D3 in 5 minutes, but that seems soooo difficult. But I've thought that L5D3 in less than 5 seemed impossible too so I'm not going to rule anything out.

Starting Metrics:
Weight: 205.0
BodyFat %: 28.0
BMI: 28.2
Current Metrics:
Weight: 175.0
BodyFat %: 17.5
BMI: 24.0
Goals Metrics:
Weight: 180
BodyFat %: 17.2%
BMI: < 24.9 (normal weight)
I really don't care what I weight but weighing 180 at 17% BF will mean almost zero lean mass loss and will surely bring the BMI into the normal range.
I'd also like to be able to perform 10 strict form pullups in a row. Right now I'm at about 3. That's part of the reason I started this program. I realized that after how many tens of thousands of lat pulldowns I've done in my lifetime, I'm still struggling at pullups. The only way to get better at something is to practice doing it.

Almost there!
Current Metrics:
Weight: 182.6
BodyFat %: 19.6
BMI: 25.1
And the bodyfat number is probably high because the scale I use recommends afternoon readings for accurate results because one tends to be dehydrated in the morning. But I find that morning readings are more consistent so I use those for tracking purposes. In the afternoon my BF is about 17.5%. That more than a 10% drop in bodyfat from earlier in the year.

Check and Check (176.2 & 18.0 (morning read on body fat is always high, afternoon read is ~17% +/- .5%)Goals Metrics:

Check, er, sort of, L4D3 today I did 10 pull-ups in a row to start out. That's the most I've ever done in a row but they weren't perfect form, yet. It's funny to look back and see L1D3 took me 8:30 to complete the first time I tried it, L4D3 is basically doubling that and I did it in less than 5 minutes.I'd also like to be able to perform 10 strict form pullups in a row.
