Online Workout Timer

Post by jm054 » Mon Sep 17, 2007 3:06 pm

This is the best online workout timer I have seen to date. It works well for Simplefit workouts and Tabata's intervals just to name a couple of ideas.

If they could put that on a cellphone, that would be sweet.

If you are like me and workout outside. The gymboss is a good inexpensive interval timer.

The gymboss looks pretty useful. I use my watch but it doesn't have the rest option. I just set the countdown timer to 10 seconds and repeat. Then I can do tabatas for 20 seconds (2 beeps) and rest for 10 (1 beep). But it's not as flexible.
