This is the best online workout timer I have seen to date. It works well for Simplefit workouts and Tabata's intervals just to name a couple of ideas.

The gymboss looks pretty useful. I use my watch but it doesn't have the rest option. I just set the countdown timer to 10 seconds and repeat. Then I can do tabatas for 20 seconds (2 beeps) and rest for 10 (1 beep). But it's not as flexible.
