pro-inflammatory foods?

Postby gwmccull » Sun Oct 28, 2007 3:12 pm

For comparisons sake, do you have a list of foods that promote inflammation? In the past, my accupuncturist has told me that alcohol, sugar and meat can promote inflammation.

Hey,

Just came across this topic. Do you have any information on possible turmeric benefits? How can turmeric be applied to food for meals?
