My shoulder is better and I'm back at L2.
Got the perfect pushup for Christmas!
The shoulder is not 100% but had to do something. L2 not bad on D1, but D2&D3 are tough with the pushups.
Only getting 15-20 reps with in 20 Mins. on D1
Still working out before my shift, but sleeping alot better now. Cut back on the soda and Carbos. More H2O and smaller meal portions too.
