17 years old, 5'8 and about 150 pounds. Gonna try and start my workout today, actually. See how it goes.
Anyway I was wondering if you knew about Harry Wong's Dynamic Strength book. I've been following that on and off and I have to say that I've gotten to like body weight exercises much more than working with weights and machines.. a reason I like your site. I was wondering if its possible to combine the routine listed on this site with my own? Should I do your routine first than go on to mine or the other way around?
