body weight workout

If you havent seen my thread in nutrition first, well, hello =]
17 years old, 5'8 and about 150 pounds. Gonna try and start my workout today, actually. See how it goes.

Anyway I was wondering if you knew about Harry Wong's Dynamic Strength book. I've been following that on and off and I have to say that I've gotten to like body weight exercises much more than working with weights and machines.. a reason I like your site. I was wondering if its possible to combine the routine listed on this site with my own? Should I do your routine first than go on to mine or the other way around?

Try both and see what you like, maybe do one workout one day and another the next or integrate as you like. Just be sure you are eating well and giving yourself adequate recovery time.
