I haven't done that in a while. I didn't have anything in my stomach. I really wasn't feeling nauseous. I know that feeling, I've gotten that before when doing a lot of heavy leg work. Like all the blood rushes to your legs and makes you light headed and sick to your stomach.
No, this was more along the lines like I felt the need to cough afterwards but couldn't catch my breath to get a good cough and clear my throat. It felt like the vomit reflex kicked in because I couldn't cough, like it was my body's Plan B.
Anyway, I know some people try to train to the point of puking, that's not something I really shoot for
. But after I hit 50 burpees, I saw the timer was at 4:20 and figured I could hit my goal if I just put it into gear, damn the consequences.
Next exercise, How about Pull-up Burpees? I'll have to wait until I get flooring but that's got to be a great exercise adding a pull-up at the top of the burpee.
