Yeh I started with that video. I still have problems with the push back for some reason.
Course I have an issue with height too. My bar is just low enough for me to touch ground. I think I use that as a crutch a lot when I'm trying to kip. I'd like to set something up where it was a lot higher and practice with it.
If I can ever get past my video illiteracy I'll send it in for some critique at Crossfit.
