What are your recommending for warm up?

Great site. Thanks for making the effort. I've been looking for a way to start crossfit type training in my home, and you've given me a way.

I've read through pretty thoroughly, amd lurked in the forum enough to know that there is an "official" warmup. Are you recomending any type of warmup prior to beginning excercise? Thanks in advance.

For the worm up I recommend doing the exercises you are going to do in the actual workout but at a much slower easier pace. You can also walk, jog, jumping jacks, whatever you like.
