Well today is "Cindy" or "Mary" day on the Crossfit website. Anyone up for either?
I've been slacking and my plan was to kick it back up this week so I'm gonna do this challenge for fun. I was on level seven but should be interesting to see how this does with a level 8 workout heh.
I'm going to go for 12 rounds in the hopes that I haven't gone too far out of shape.
