Hallo Everyone!

My details are as follows:

Age 32 (in 3 weeks)
Height 5ft 9in,
Weight 81.5kg (179lbs)
Chest 38in
Waist 37in (at the widest point-love handles!!)
Body Fat 20.6%

Just finished L1 D1 about 30 minutes ago, only got 18 rounds ...damn my puny pull-up strength!!

Hopefully things will get better.

You are doing the pull-ups, so be happy! Many (including myself) couldn't do any when we started. Great work!

My "workout enemy" isn"t the pull up, but the push up, which i *adore*. I need some form of mental preparation before I do any (if you know what I mean). I guess we all have different problems... :sigh:
