When I do D2, I record each round's individual time. Then, when I post on here, I show each round & total time taken.

35 rounds is great mk!
from what i've read so far in all the logs, anything above 30 rounds on D1 is a good indication for a sub 5 min D3 - good luck!!!

L2D2 - (did not accurately time myself but had good form).
Approx - 5 min for all 5 sets

Big TYPO :) - should be L2 not L3!

Fri last week: L2D3 - 3m 48s (good form)

Mon: L2D1 - 38 rounds

Today: L2D2 - good form (no time) but approx 5 min.

Expect to do L2D3 this week and then move to L3 (thoughts?)

I'd say if your hitting 38 on D1 and a sub 5 min D2 then there should be little problem with a sub 5 min D3 so giv'er for level four. Nice work!
