posted my goals in that section...here's what i am doing
6/10 3 rounds jump rope 3 rds heavy bag 3 rds speed bag
all 3 min rds/1 min rest

6/11 100 total reps combined push ups , burpees, bw squats, crunches,reverse crunches 10mins 8 secs
