I have a question about the day 3 workout. Do I need to do each exercise consecutively or is a few pull ups then a few push ups, a few squats and start again till I hit the total for all 3 ok? And another question as long as I'm posting, it says to move up to the next level when the workouts take less than 5 minutes. Which workout? Do I move up when I do D2 and D3 in less than 5, or when I do one or the other in less than 5?
