    I decided to start doing the advanced bodyweight workouts because I’m getting bored of the beginning ones. I have a question about the workouts, however. All three days of the week ask to do the exercises in 5 rounds for time. In the explanation of Level 1 Day 3 it says rest 3 minutes between rounds. Does this go for Day 1 and Day 2 as well? Is there no longer an “Endurance” day for these exercises?


    I intended these to be done in 3 week cycles

    week 2

    week 3

    The advanced workouts at the higher levels are getting into “strength endurance”

    That said do them however you feel works best for you these are just guidelines to start with. If you feel like you have come up with something cool post it to the members workout section.

    When you say you intended these to be done in 3-week cycles, what exactly does that mean? Do you follow them according to what level you are on in the main workouts?

    What I mean is — if I’m working at L4 for the “normal” workout, is the regimen intended to be one week of L4 “normal,” 1 week of L4 intermediate, then 1 week of L4 advanced? If you finish the normal L4D3 workout in under 5 minutes, would you move up to intermediate L5 the next week?

    Sorry to be so obtuse — it’s probably clearly laid out somewhere, just figured I’d follow up to an existing post in the interest of subbing out some routines here and there. I do better with exercise when I’m told what to do than when I get all creative, for some reason…
