    I am just starting level one and I need some advice for level 1 day three. Do I do as many pull-ups as i can without stopping and then move on ? What if I do not hit the 10 pull ups. I would appreciate any help…..thank you

    Yes, you do all of the pull-ups, then all of the push-ups, then all of the squats. If you have to take a breather in between reps to get all of the pull-ups, that IS counted in your time.
