    Started running recently and was looking for some strength training to complement that. Need to drop about 20lbs…

    Level 1, Week 1

    Day 1: 15 sets

    Day 2: 7:10

    Day 3: 5:40

    Level 1 Week 2

    Day 1: 20 sets

    Day 2: 5:12

    Day 3: 4:45

    Moving on to level 2!

    So close to levelling up! Hopefully this week will be it for me.
