im young, just graduated college and whatnot, and i like to go out on the weekends, which usually involves drinking alcohol, whether it be beer, wine, liquor etc.
do i have to abandon getting drunk with this nutrition scheme (in other words, will 1 night every week or two of drinking heavily really kill the effect of 5 good days of eating?)
No, but the less you drink the better your results.
i figured as much. oh well.
Yeah, not big deal as long as you keep working out and eating better you will be fine.
