    So, here it goes!

    I’m a 24 years old, 172cm and 72Kg, and i live on the metric side of the planet, so i don’t understand much of the imperial system.

    I’ve been looking at SF for halve a year or so, but have been struggling my motivation!

    I’m not fat, weak or totally out of shape, but since i quited the Norwegian army my body has changed a bit :P so i want to get back in the “army shape” without the screaming or running all day!

    So here we are: L1D1 41 round is 20 min,

    All pullups were done correctly same with pushups and squats.

    welcome to SF amok. by the looks of things, you should be on L3 or maybe even L4.

    Maybe I should be on a higher level, but I want to go through every level to learn the exercises :)

    Anyway it only takes a couple of weeks to get to the level where I’ll puke :P

    Welcome to simplefit, you have the right idea and it’s only a week for each level and you are still exercising while you find your level!!

    I can tell this is working, I was really sore today!!!

    L1D2: Finished in 4:14 including resting time.

    pullups – 8,1,1

    Pushups – 21

    Squats – 21

    Great first week, L2 next!

    New week and new level.

    L2D1 = 31 rounds in 20 min. starting to like this program :)

    L2D2 = 5 rounds in 10min 30sec, including 8min of rest which leaves 3min and 30sec or 42sec each round

    Ok, so today was not a great workout for me, I have been awake for 22hours (working night shift) and my body felt like twice the normal weight! But I stuck with my training plan and got trough it :)

    L2D3 = 4:14

    This didn’t felt like a good time and i cheated on the last two pullups!! And since we (meaning I) don’t like cheaters, I had to “punish” my self with an extra set of pullups and a set of dips!

    Anyway, I’m thinking of staying on L2 for another week, or maybe i should just get moving to L3?

    yesterday i forgot my stopwatch before i went to the gym.

    But i did L3D2 untimed, with focus on slow movement and form :)

    L3D3 today, looks like ill be on L3 for some while! Finished in 7min 32sec :)

    NOT what I was hoping for, but next week ill do better :)

    time to report some of my results :) Yes, I am still working the program!

    A week of L3:

    Mon 13. D1 = 26 rounds

    Wed 15. D2 = 57 sec each round

    Fri 17. D3 = 4:57 (2:35 faster then last week :) )

    week 38 will be my rest week, and week 39 I have decided to do L3 once more!
