    Hi, college freshman here, started this program 2 weeks ago.

    5’10, 125 pounds, I’m rather skinny.

    Week 1

    L1D1 48

    L1D2 2:17

    L1D3 1:50

    Week 2

    L2D1 40

    L2D2 4:34

    L2D3 2:23

    During pull ups I’m I supposed to extend my arms completely when lowering myself down? I can’t manage to do that.

    Anyway should I keep increasing the level of my workout?
