I must confess I’m having a hard time getting started at this. Once I get going its great, its just that getting going isn’t easy for me. Ah well. Someone please beat me up for being a lazy f*ck.
This stuff is not easy so don’t worry about the past, just keep going. Every day is a new day. If you gained 20 lbs fast you will loose it fast and hopefully have just as much fun along the way. Only a different kind of fun it will be.
