Day 1: Gonna start tonight 10 minutes of rowing and level 3-day 1.
Who knows, maybe my husband would like to compete against me.

I managed to do 10 rounds. I couldn’t reach the chin up bar, so I had to stand on a bench. I think that allowed me to cheat on my chin ups.
I had absolutely no troubles with the push ups and squats, but the chin ups were my biggest struggle.
By about the 4th round, I had to do reverse chin ups, where I lowered myself slowly instead.
I was sore that night, the next day, and the day after. I was sick with a bad cold so I stayed home on Sunday. (I don’t think people at the gym would appreciate me spreading my germs.)
Maybe starting at lvl 3 was a bit too ambitious… 😳
Always better to start to easy and work your way up.
