    I am 57 yo 185 that saw simplefit on another forum. This looks like a good progression that I am going to try and see how I progress.

    5/3 L1D1

    30 rounds

    I tried to take each exercise slow and just wanted to make it through the 20 minutes. I was sore the next day from day 1.

    5/5 L1D2 4:10

    I did this in the morning and my shoulders hurt from not getting loose before the pull-ups.

    5/7 L1D3

    On Saturday I did D3 at the end I checked my gymboss and it was 0:00

    5/8 L1D3 2:19

    I did D3 again. this time I started with the push-ups so I could see that the gymboss started.

    I have been also doing some run walks alternating 90 sec walk / 90 sec runs. I will move to level 2 next week.

    5/10 L2D1

    36 rounds

    I went faster than the pace I had for L1D1.

    5/11 Went for a 20 mile bike ride at Pine Creek bike trail. It was a perfect day for a ride, sunny and low 70’s.

    5/12 L2D2 4:49

    I found out that I was doing D2 wrong. I was just doing multiple sets without a rest. It was to be 5 individual sets with a rest in between. I will do that starting on L3.

    This was the first week I did D2 as sets with a rest in between. The improvement between sets was mainly the time between exercises.

    10 mile kayak down Pine Creek and 16.5 mile bike ride

    6/2 L4D2 5 rounds for time

    4 pull-ups

    12 push-ups

    20 squats

    Struggled with the last 4 or 5 pull/chin-ups. I had my doubts if I would make this level.

    Up to level 5 and probably the last level I will make under 5 minutes.
