My first day on SF–I found this through cheapo’s MDA post and I think it suits me. I stopped exercising this winter, and need to get back in the habit. I started at L4 because it looked doable.
I obviously need most work on pullups–it took me 3:45 to do the pullup portion, then I knocked out the pushups and squats in another two minutes.

Hi, good level to start at and good figures too!
Same as last week, but I’ve gained 10 lbs and took a 3.5 minute phone call during the workout.
Only paused once, during the last set of pullups. It’s definitely my pullups that are holding me back.
