I just started level 1 exercises and have been eating about 1500-1600 calories a day to lose weight. Now that I’m doing the bodyweight exercises should I up my caloric intake to 2000 or more calories per day? I’m 6’0, 188lbs, and about 20% body fat.
Sounds about right you do not want to slow down your metabolism, but play around with it and see what works.
