I am relatively new to Simplefit. I started recently as I generally like to keep in shape, but my boyfriend is very into Crossfit and thought I would give something similar, and more my level a try!

I started the workouts on Level 3 and have gradually increased to Level 8 – however, using push up subs (knees) and pull up subs. I am improving my strength and conditioning until I am able to do real push ups and pull ups and then will begin from level 1 again.

On Saturday 22 Nov I completed Level 8 Day 3 in 12 minutes 3 secs

    My progress so far

    8/11/08 – L3D3 5.33 mins

    11/11/08 L4D1 30 rounds

    13/11/08 L5D2 12.53 mins

    15/11/08 L6D3 9.01 mins

    18/11/08 L7D1 15 rounds

    20/11/08 L8D2 20.3 mins

    22/11/08 L7D3 12 mins

    25/11/08 L8D1 12 rounds

    27/11/08 L8D2 26mins

    this morning i did L8D3 in 13 mins 56

however using the rings for pull ups and cheating by jumping, but im getting there slowly! one day i will achieve a pull up

I have not been posting my logs recently because I have been too busy and haven’t found time in the day to exericise SORRY

but today i completed L8D1 in 22.48 minutues

sub pull ups & press ups

but did a real one at the start of each round

    PR – 4 minutes less :)

    im happy and tired

Good workout! And on level 8 Wow! 😯

yes but only using pull up & push up subs

because im trying to build up my strength to get to real push ups and pulls up :) and then ill go back to level 1 and start again but with real ones

Yeah but still a great workout you have done! :D

    Thanks :)

This isn’t the usual place you would find someone asking you this, but as I regulary do simplefit, and sometimes post my logs on here, I’m regulary checking so thought that you could help me with something.

I’m currently studying art graphics, and have manipulated some road signs and need feedback from the public for my coursework as to how you see them. Whether you find them offensive, funny, you don’t understand them etc..

And I was wondering how many of you would be willing to help me out by just giving me some feedback once I’ve posted them on simplefit.

What do you think? Would you be willing to do this for me?

    Hi Charlotte,

I would recommend either setting yourself up on Facebook or starting a blog on blogspot. That way you can have a forum dedicated to you and your work. Both are free and simple to set up. I find Facebook to be almost viral on how people find you and get in contact. I’m sure you can get lots of feedback their.

    Facebook is

    Hope this helps!
