    Workout log:

    Breakfast: Three large eggs scrambled, a whole wheat english muffin, and a cup of pete’s french roast made in a french press

    Lunch: Salad of mixed greens with walnuts, dried cranberries, and a balsamic vinaigrette, and half a tomato, basil, and mozzarella sandwich on ciabatta with pesto (from a work meeting)

    Snack: Handful of almonds and half a cup of chocolate soy milk

    Dinner: Stir fry (1 red bell pepper, half cup of green beans, half a cup of artichoke hearts) with a cup of quinoa, a little TJ’s soyaki, and a ton of sriracha. Also, a glass of shiraz.
