    Do I stay at Level 1 for a certain amount of time or do I wait to move on until it becomes too easy?

    Hey there – I sent you a PM.

    Move when you are ready. There are some recommendations about times and when to move up. We all tend to go by feel. I am following Kevin’s suggestion of “strength before strength endurance” which means I am happy at level one until I can do it with all exercises recommended (no subs = strength). Then I will move up and start to increase the reps (strength endurance).

    Stick with it.

    Yeah im just sticking at level one until i feel ive got great form and am comfortable with the movements. Pushs ups i can do find and the squats my forms almost their. But i can only do chins, once i can do pullups im gonna move on.

    It is considered good to mix chins and pulls.

    Fair enough I can see where your coming from, i’ll be making sure I don’t just forget the chin-ups altogether and keep them as a regular movement.
