Since it’s at the end of the week, just comming back from a construction job, I thought it fun to test L1D1 out today before starting it full on Monday the coming week.
26 rounds, starting assisting myself on the pullups after round 15. I didn’t take any breaks between rounds but the tempo was sedantry.
Monday will be intersting
Day 1 Level 1
32 rounds, changing grips when pure palms away pullups got bad form.
3 minutes left of the 20, the pullupbar gave out and I fell knees first into the lower doorframe, I called it quits and spent the following 3 minutes cursing and pacing.
That ain’t good.
It happened to me two year ago and while they’ve improved, both knees are still sensitive.

so tomorrow I am reinforcing the brackets so I can’t yank it out even if I wanted to ^^

2mins 38seconds, felt really good throughout.
Didn’t feel like enough, so I did an unofficial day 3 level 1 @ 3mins 2seconds. So after the official one on friday, I think I am going to level 2.
Day 3 Level 1
2mins 52secs. Acceptable time, on to level 2
Level 2 Day 1
36 rounds, 19 of these with chin ups.
I was huffing in the end I can tell you.

Level three… I’m coming for you!
