I started the program today, no better way to start summer! I was looking for a little change in my workouts and have just come back from an injury- a torn hamstring and shoulder injury and this seems like the perfect boost.
So day 1. I did 50 rounds in the 20 minutes.
That is a crazy number of rounds. Well done.
Just completed week 1
My stats for the for the week:
Day 1- level1= 50 rounds
Day 2 level 1= 2:56
Day 3 lv1 = 1:19
I am looking forward to next week
