    Friday 071005

    For time:

    Run 400 meters

    75 pound Powerclean, 50 reps

    40 L Pull-ups

    Run 400 meters

    75 pound Powerclean, 40 reps

    30 L Pull-ups

    Run 400 meters

    75 pound Powerclean, 30 reps

    20 L Pull-ups

    Run 400 meters

    Those WOD’s are crazy. I look at some of them and think they’re insane and then I look closer and realize they want 3 rounds of it to boot. 😯

    just the 50 reps of the first power cleans would crush me. I did 3 sets of 10 the other day and I was sore for a good 3 days,

    man just lookin at it freaks me out…

    I would imagine I’d crash and burn quick. I can’t do L’s for crap anyway.

    I never want to be that into fitness that seems like something I can do ‘whenever’. I’m into simplefit for overall fitness level, health, and a decent body. I don’t need the bragging rights.

    Not me man, Ima be 80 years old sittin at my high school reunion and the whole class will be there (those alive anyway), so maybe like 4 or 5 of us, and Im gonna get all macho and crap and say, “Bet I can do more pushups than you” And the next thing you know we will going for the pushup position and half an hour later (the old arthritis prbly kik in then) someone will say on your marks, get set, Go! But, just before that (so I can get him good and riled up I’m gonna say, “Your not gonna wuss out on me are you?”

    And the other guy he is gonna be hurtin so bad… Cause I’m gonna jump on his back and tell him to give me 50!!!! Thats the Crossfit way!!!!
