    First day starting this program. I’m in decent shape, but decided to start from level one just in case.

    Week 1

    Day 1

    8 min warm up jog

    22 rounds in 20 min

    8 min jog

    2 min cool down walk

    I need to get used to this log thing. Forgot to update a few days, but things are going well.

    Today’s workout:

    L1D2

    Took me a couple weeks to get used to it, but if you stay on track, logging becomes really fun.

    Realized I messed up my last log…should have been L2D2.

    Today’s log:

    L2D3

    4:22

    I think I read somewhere that if your D3 time is less than 5 min you should move up a level? But I think I will stick with L2 for at least one more week, day 1 and 2 really kicked my butt.
