Man was I ever sore yesterday and today from my 1st workout in level 3 on Tuesday.
I did day 2 today and It seemed easy but I was sore.Should I try top space the workouts farther apart or do them every 2nd day.
I also did 12km this morning and it was hot.
Mon wed Thur works good
