Hey, so I noticed someone did a L4D3 and they broke it up into pieces instead of doing all the pull ups, then all the squats, then all the push ups. So, l just finished L1D1 and I did

    pullups:

    3 -rest 20 seconds – 2 – rest – 2 – rest – 1 – rest -1 – rest – 1

    21 squats

    21 push ups

    BTW I leveled up.

    Could I have done:

    3 pull ups, 5 squats, 5 pushups, 2 pull ups, 5 squats, 5 pushups, …. until I was done?

    You mean L1D3.

Those who break it up into rounds are incorrect.

Partitioning each set like you did with the pullups is perfectly fine.

If you did that, you’d essentially be doing Day 1 all over again which is not the point of Day 3. The way I always looked at it is Day 1 is focused on overall endurance over time. Day 2 is a focus on strength and form. Day 3 is a test day focused on speed, power output, intensity and localized endurance.
