Day 3 confusion

    I was looking for something to add to my couch to 5K program, and this looks perfect. Let’s say I choose level 3, which means 16 pull-ups, 33 push-ups and 33 squats on day 3. Are those the only exercises I do that day? Just one set of those?

    that’s it mate, but trust me, doing all of that in under 5 min’s might looks easier than what it is!

    Ok, thanks for the clarification. I am sure I’ll be needing plenty of breaks in day 3. I can’t even do a single pullup at this point, which means i’ll be doing substitutions.
