    day 3 level 3= 9 minutes 42 seconds,

    7 mile run at easy pace (8:20 mile)

    everything felt good

    When should you move up a level,this is my first week doing this program

    the general guideline is if it takes less than five or over 30 but really it is up two you I personally think it is best to start slow.
