    Here is an extremely humbling workout that is fast and brutal for anybody that wants to try something different. It is auto scaling.

    Tabata

    Complete 32 intervals of 20 seconds of work followed by ten seconds of rest

    8 intervals push up

    8 intervals pull up

    8 intervals sit up

    8 intervals squat

    There is no rest between exercises
